Cannabis tourism in Canada is growing, and that includes pot-friendly bed and breakfasts and other rentals.

HiBnb is a Canadian company specializing in vacation rentals where sparking up a doobie is allowed.

They also have listings allowing guests to enjoy cannabis while travelling and or doing activities they love most.

In Toronto, people can book six accommodations using HiBnb and about 300 throughout Canada.

Other cities offering cannabis-friendly accommodations through HiBnb include Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, Kelowna, and Whitehorse.

HiBnb clients are generally international vacationers from countries where cannabis is not legal.

Accommodations, which can be viewed on the HiBnb website, start at $89 a night. Hosts are encouraged to have cannabis in units, so guests don’t have to go to a dispensary.

“You don’t have to scramble to find a dispensary once you arrive. When you book your cannabis vacation or marijuana hotel with HiBnb, your host can help ensure that a cannabis supply tailored to your host’s preferences will be at your disposal,” said HiBnb CEO Elizabeth Becker.

“You can show up free and easy to resume the lifestyle you love in a safe, welcoming environment with knowledgeable hosts. HiBnb is changing the norm by creating a platform that allows hosts to openly offer guests a welcoming space where they can safely consume or gain access to legal sale of cannabis, and become connected to cannabis community events, and more.”
