Otawa, police are investigating after one person was injured in a life-threatening shot.
Ottawa police said police officers received "multiple" 9-1-1 calls from residents around 12:30 pm. Report shots fired around 2000 blocks on Banfu Avenue on Tuesday.
Police said one man was in a place suffering from a life-threatening injury.

"Life-rescue activities started soon," police said in a news release. "He was treated by Otawa Paramedics and taken to the hospital."
