Police say there was no motive for the fire

Someone called 911 at 3:30 on Wednesday morning to report a vehicle burning on Matt Avenue near Rue Maurice Duplessis, a residential neighborhood.
A suspicious fire destroyed a car and a scooter and damaged a home in the Côte des Neigeson Monday.
No one was injured in either case, and police have no criminal motive.
