Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating a man in connection with the investigation of a “suspicious incident” last month.

Police said the incident occurred Dec. 21 when a man followed a woman from Montreal Road and Brittany Drive into an apartment building on Kristin Way. in the east end

According to the police service’s sexual assault and child abuse section the person of interest “may have information” about the incident.

Police did not elaborate further on the incident.

Anyone with information on the identity of the person of interest is asked to call the sexual assault and child abuse section at 613-236-1222, ext. 5944.
