Ontario Police Observatory says it is investigating the death of a 48-year-old woman in a Brampton bar early Saturday morning.
The woman was arrested by state police at around 7:30 pm on Friday for being a driving impediment in the Caledon area, according to the Special Investigation Unit.

She was taken to the OPP detachment of Caledon who gave her a breath sample before she was later released.

SIU spokesperson failed to tell Global Her News if woman was blown away did.
"What we can say at this stage of the investigation is that the SIU investigation is focused on the circumstances in which the woman was released from custody," a spokesperson said in an email.

She was then taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
SIU is an independent agency that investigates incidents involving police across Ontario that result in death, serious injury, or suspected sexual assault.
