Returning for its 11th year, the cross-Canada food festival features about 960 unique takes on the gravy, fries and cheese combination from more than 500 eateries across the country.

Diners can also vote for their favourite participating poutines on the festival’s website, where the top five restaurants will be showcased on a leaderboard in real time, according to a news release.
