Yakov Lenin of the Nashville Center won an arbitration case, and the Predators signed him to a new $3.4 million deal over two years. tied.

He will be eligible to become an unrestricted free agent once his contract expires after the 2023-24 season.

Trenin, 25, set a career-high with 17 goals and 7 assists in his 80 appearances in the 2021-22 season.

A second-round pick by the Predators in 2015, Trenin has scored 41 points (24 goals, 17 assists) in 146 games over the last three seasons.

Last season was his first full season.
