This allegation is part of a series of complaints against the Archdiocese of Quebec by approximately 101 victims who have accused 88 priests or other clergy of sexual assault.
The woman was in her early 20s, according to documents, and from 2008 to 2010 she had met Cardinal Ouellet several times while interning at the Archdiocese of Quebec.
The Archdiocese said in a statement that it was aware of the allegations, but declined to comment.
