According to the Regina Police Service, 20-year-old Ralph Keshane was arrested Monday morning in Hawthorne Crescent after being stopped in astolen car. Faced with numerous charges.
Police received a call about someone possibly sick or injured and found a man unconscious inside the vehicle.
The car was reported stolen and the man had someone else's credit card and bank card.
The vehicle was also involved in a gas theft, as well as a police evasion on Sunday.

Through investigation Police said the man also owned another stolen vehicle that was involved in the August 12 hit-and-run incident, and was linked to three more stolen vehicles between July 26 and August 6. He was under a community oversight order, provided that he was

Police say Keshane has been charged with car theft. He has three separate possessions of criminally acquired property in excess of $5,000. failure to comply with the terms of the release order; two separate counts for possession of offense-earned property of less than $5,000; Evade peace officers. Theft of less than $5,000; hit & run/fail to stop or remain. Theft of $5,000 or more. He has over $5,000 worth of stolen property for trafficking purposes. Failure to comply with the terms of the release order.
Keshane appeared in district court on Tuesday.
