Hanoi — On Wednesday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called on all parties in the world to make efforts to protect international law, saying that the world is evolving in a complex way.
Lavrov was speaking through an interpreter at a meeting with Vietnamese counterpart Buitainson in Hanoi. Lavrov will attend the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Indonesia later this week. (Report by Khanh Vu, edited by Ed Davies)
