MOSCOW — The Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday that Ukraine had shelled his Zaporizhia nuclear power plant on August 7, and force factories to cut production.
Kyiv denies targeting the plant. Ukraine's state-owned nuclear power company Energoatom said on Sunday that Russian forces had shelled Europe's largest power plant on Saturday night, injuring a worker.
Reuters was unable to verify the battlefield report. (Reporting by Reuters; Editing by Kevin Liffey)
