A Russian strike against the Yavoriu military facility in western Ukraine injured four people, Lviv Governor Maxim Kozitzky said in a video post on Saturday.
Kozitsuki said six missiles were launched from the Black Sea, four hit the base, and two were intercepted and destroyed before hitting the target.
