The NBA’s new scoring king LeBron James also lights it up when he posts to social media.
James, who just moved past Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on Tuesday night to top the scoring list, makes $657,000 US per Instagram post, according to onlinegambling.ca.
That makes him the highest-earning NBA player on the app.
Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry was next, but was quite a ways back at $228,000 per post. Mercurial point guards Russell Westbrook ($101,900) and Kyrie Irving ($85,900) were next, followed by injured Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball ($72,800).
The top 10 was rounded out by Giannis Antetokounmpo, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, James Harden and Chris Paul.
Onlinegambling.ca said the list was compiled using the Hopper HQ Instagram Rich List combined with Later “to establish how much all of individuals earned per sponsored Insta post.” They then compared earnings across the different verticals.
