Seahawks left guard Damien Lewis was forced off the field with a right ankle injury in the second quarter of Seattle's 11-27 loss to the Chicago Bears on Thursday.
Air his cast was placed on Lewis' ankle before the junior player was kicked off the field.
Seattle's DeeJay Dallas ran for 2 yards on the play. Angelo Blackson made a tackle, but rolled over Lewis' ankle in the process.
Bears linebacker Caleb Johnson also went down on the same play, but eventually left the field.
Lewis, 25, has been replaced by Phil Haynes, who has been with the Seahawks since 2019 but has only started his seven games so far.
Lewis was drafted by Seattle in the third round of his 2020 draft, starting every game as a rookie. He started 13 games last season.
