KIEV—Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kublakov said his second caravan of ships laden with Ukrainian agricultural products opened on Sunday. said it had sailed from a Ukrainian Black Sea port. Agreement to lift the blockade of Ukrainian maritime exports.
