Quebec prosecutors have charged a 27-year-old man with a single murder of a 15-year-old girl in a drive-by shot.
Prosecutors say Aymane Bouadi also faces four counts of attempted murders.
Bouadi is the second suspect arrested for killing Meriem Boundaoui in February 2021.

Salim Touaibi, 26, was arrested on Monday, with one murder and four attempted murders.
