Fishers, Indiana (AP) — Young Indiana police officer. The man killed during an early morning traffic outage was remembered on Saturday because he focused on his career in law enforcement.

State police arrested Anderson's Carlboard II, a suspected shooter, about 30 minutes after the killing. He was charged with murder, resisted law enforcement, and resisted the illegal possession of firearms by serious violent serious offenders.
