A New York social worker was fired for warning her bosses that a twice-convicted killer and accused trans serial killer threatened her.
But instead of bosses standing up for Monica Archer, they kicked her to the curb — even after Marceline Harvey was charged in the gruesome slaying of a former resident.

And now she’s suing.
According to her affidavit, Archer was working at George Daly House which serves as a temporary housing alternative for seniors on the Lower East Side. But despite her warnings, Harvey, 83, was allowed to live at the home.
Instead, they gave Harvey her own apartment.
One week later, Harvey was arrested and charged with the dismemberment murder of her girlfriend.

“To the detriment of the public, when Ms. Harvey was placed into society in her own apartment, Ms. Harvey allegedly murdered a former resident no more than a week later, clearly inapposite to the best interests of public safety,” the filing reads, the New York Post reports.
Archer claims that all was well until she began informing the brass about Harvey’s “erratic and dangerous manner.”
And Harvey has a formidable homicidal past. She served more than 50 years in the slammer for the dismemberment murders of two women.
Archer claims Harvey — a transgender woman — “made constant threats to kill” her and other staff members and reportedly kept a gun at the shelter.
But despite the octogenarian’s violent past, woke administrators allowed her to stay at the shelter.
“[Archer] had no choice but to continue working with Ms. Harvey despite serious safety concerns and fear for her well-being,” the suit states. “[Archer] complained that she reasonably believed that having Ms. Harvey at the residence of metal detectors was a substantial and specific danger to public health and safety.”
One week later, the dismembered remains of Susan Leyden, 68, were discovered scattered around Brooklyn. Cops charged Harvey with the murder.

And the shelter broke its own rules by allowing Harvey to live alone. For her complaints and concerns, Archer was demoted to janitor.
She told The Post that when Harvey was charged last March, it was “no surprise”. And then Archer was fired for insubordination.
Harvey has pleaded not guilty in Leyden’s murder and was charged under the name Harvey Marceline.
