At first I was dizzy. James Armstrong confirms he actually won $1 million.

Armstrong recalled reaction after winning Guaranteed Jul 27 You won $1,000,000 in the draw of the day's lottery 6/49.

The 57-year-old father has been participating in lotteries for over 30 years.
