Winnipeg Police are investigating after a teenager was shot Wednesday night.
Police arrived on the scene and found his teenager with a gunshot wound.

Victims He was taken to hospital in unstable condition and was later upgraded to stable condition.
The Serious Crimes Unit is investigating.
