Journey into Enchantment

Two GTA GO stations are offering a drive-thru festival for the whole family to enjoy. Experience the magic of more than 1.5 million of unique light decorations, 3D interactive displays, and musical lights while safely driving along a two-kilometre route.

Winter Wonders

Visitors can enjoy picturesque pathways and breathtaking gardens adorned with charming festive lights, new interactive light-to-sound installations, and wondrous displays that celebrate the magic of the winter season.

Holiday Nights of Lights

Visitors walk through giant ornaments, animated tunnels and marvel at the light show before entering Mistletoe Lane, a pop-up experience and nighttime hotspot all rolled into one distinct holiday tradition.

The awesomeness is at Assembly Park in Vaughan and runs Wednesdays to Sundays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. until Jan. 7 (but will be open daily beginning Dec. 21).

Twinkle After Dark

Grab a hot beverage and warm Beavertail before strolling along the path as you take in the historic buildings holiday music, festive projections all before meeting Santa.

Make your way to Country Heritage Park in Milton from Dec. 8 to 11, 15 to 18, 21 to 24 and 26 to 28 between 5:30 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. For tickets and more information, click here.

WILD Winter Festival of Lights

Festival lovers, start your engines – and stay toasty in your vehicles while you drive along a magical avenue of dazzling holiday light displays.

Get your motors running and head over to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. until Dec. 23. For tickets and more information, click here.

Whitby Lights the Night

There’s something seriously majestic about holiday lights and illuminated ground displays and Whitby’s annual event will definitely wow you. Located at multiple venues across the city, you can enjoy the walkable, driveable and virtual experiences.

Take your pick! Whitby Civic Park, Grass Park and Celebration Square will be lit up from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily until Jan. 5. For more information, click here.

Fairway of Lights

The illuminated walking path along a trail and back down the 18th hole’s path to the club house already sounds pretty spectacular, no? But add in decorations and interactive displays and you will be enchanted – all while waiting for golf season to start.

Light up the Hills

Get ready for a night under the stars as you take in the 15th annual winter festival of lights at one or all three different venues.

The lights will be lit at Dominion Gardens Park in Georgetown, Shelagh Law Parkette in Glen Williams and Acton Sports Park in Acton from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily until Jan. 3. For more information, click here.

Uxbridge Optimist Fantasy of Lights

Get your comfy shoes on because the Fantasy Trail and all its fantastic light displays awaits.

It’s all at Elgin Park in Uxbridge. Note, there is no parking onsite but you can catch the Town Trolley to be shuttled to and from the event. Or, park in town and walk to the park along Main Street and the beautiful Uxbridge Holiday Trail.

Lakeside Festival of Lights

Burlington’s waterfront gets lit (do the kids still say that?) celebrating 27 years of holiday magic – so why stop now? Whether you stroll through the gorgeous displays or are simply driving along Lakeshore Road along the city’s waterfront, be prepared to be mesmerized.

Start your stroll at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington. It runs from 4 p.m. to midnight daily until Jan. 8, with extended hours (all day and night) on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Orthodox Christmas and New Year’s Eve. For more information, click here.

Magical Christmas Forest

Experience a winter wonderland filled with lights, crafts, activities, wagon rides, and treats for the whole family — and the whole family can enjoy a visit with Santa in his cabin.

Illumi
