Toronto police on Saturday on a series of charges Overnight incidents, including multiple dog attacks, carjackings, and attempts to steal boats, alleging that a man was arrested that morning.

The next attack reportedly occurred around 4:30 am in a local park about 2 km from the hijacking.
Hopkinson said women and men biking in the park paused to take pictures. The suspect then allegedly carried a dog on a woman and stole a bicycle. A woman's cyclist came to help and the dog attacked him, but police said he was able to escape.
The woman was sent to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury, Hopkinson said.

Then suspected The person traveled further down the path in the park, and the dog attacked another, police said.
Shortly afterwards, a sleeping man on a boat at the Tobiko Yacht Club woke up and found a suspect trying to steal a dinghy. The suspect abandoned the dinghy and ran away, police said.
Police issued a statement shortly before 10 am that police had detained the man and handed over the dog to animal services.
