A gym bag full of empty beer cans was located in the back seat of the tow truck, according to insauga.com

A bigger flat-bed tow was called to the scene to take the first tow truck away, said police.

The impaired charge comes with an immediate seven-day vehicle impoundment and a 90-day licence suspension.
