Istanbul — Turkey sent a new hydrocarbon drillship to the Mediterranean on Tuesday, but President Tayyip Erdogan 55 kilometers (34.18 miles) Said to operate. Off the coast of Turkey, an area outside the waters claimed by Cyprus.
