The Minnesota Twins returned outfielder Max Kepler from his 10-day injured list on Saturday.
Kepler was out with a broken little toe on his right foot.
The 29-year-old has batted . 244 with nine homers and 39 RBIs in 85 games this season.
Kepler is a hitter with a .234 career batting average in his 807 games with Minnesota, where he hit 129 homers and he hit 396.
Also on Saturday, the Twins gave outfielder Mark Contreras an option to Triple-A St. Paul.
Contreras, 27, has hit 2 home runs and 4 RBIs in his 12 games this season with Minnesota, 3-of-25.
