Minnesota Twins right-hander Tyler Murre had an MRI on Thursday and found no structural damage to his pitching shoulder.
The twins said Mare suffered from pain and fatigue on a daily basis. He was pulled out with fatigue in his shoulder after his two and his 1/3 inning no-hitter Wednesday against the Kansas City Royals.
Minnesota acquired Mare from the Cincinnati Reds at trade deadline. He has started in his three games with the Twins and has a 2.51 ERA that puts him 1-0.
Mare, 27, started 19 games with the Reds before the trade, going 5-7 with a 4.40 ERA. Overall, Mahle posted a 4.31 ERA and one relief appearance in 116 starts since reaching the majors in Cincinnati in 2017 on his 32-38 record. I'm here.
