Two men were found with gunshot wounds, one of whom died at the scene. Investigators say the shooting “appears to be targeted.”

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has taken over and is working with Richmond RCMP, said Cpl. Dennis Hwang in a release Monday.

Hwang said the scene would be cordoned off for “a significant amount of time” for the investigation and forensics work.
