More typical temperatures for this time of year are predicted Tuesday with a high of 1 C under mainly cloudy skies and a low of -4 C, Environment and Climate Change Canada said. Expect wind of up to 15 km/h, day and night, with an overnight wind chill of -9.

Periods of rain are forecast to start early Wednesday morning with a south wind at 30 km/h gusting to 60.
