Dubai — United Arab Emirates court lifts jail sentence but convicts US citizen and civil rights attorney Asim Gafoor of money laundering charges upheld the judgment. The Justice Department and Gahoor's lawyers said Wednesday that he was detained while transiting Dubai last month.
