KYIV — Ukraine needs $ 750 billion for reconstruction plans following Russia's invasion, Ukraine's Denys Shmyhal Prime Minister Hari said on Monday.
Shmyhal also told the Swiss-sponsored Ukraine Reconstruction Conference that the direct damage to infrastructure from the Russian invasion exceeded $ 100 billion.
