The US Men's National Team has participated in the 2024 Paris Olympics and has made its first appearance in the Summer Olympics since 2008. The
team guaranteed their position in the fields of 16 countries on Friday night. Defeated host Honduras 3-0 in the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship semi-finals.
Paxten Aaronson started scoring in the 3rd minute and the Americans added goals by Alejandro Alvarado (23 minutes) and Quinn Sullivan (43 minutes).
USMNT will face the Dominican Republic in the final on Sunday.
Olympic men's soccer is restricted to athletes under the age of 23, and each country allows three wildcards beyond the limit.
