Vancouver police looking for a baby's family after a random attack

Vancouver Policeare apparently looking for victims of arandom attackon June 27th.

The victim is a baby in a stroller.

According to witnesses, a baby and a few adults were walking in the areas of Davey Street and Bidwell Street around 4:30 pm. When a man throws a glass bottle at a baby.

According to police, the person who called 911 said the bottle did not hit the baby, but the contents were scattered to both the baby and the adult who was with him.

"This attack did not seem to be completely provoked and must have been horrifying to everyone involved," Const said. Tania Visintin said in the release. "The suspect was arrested nearby based on an explanation given to the police by witnesses."
