Vancouver police, BC Ambulance and Vancouver Fire and Rescue crews are on the scene of a traffic incident in the downtown area Tuesday afternoon.
It is unclear at this time what has happened but early reports indicate a pedestrian was struck on West Georgia Street at Cardero Street.
Tarps could be seen on the ground at the scene of the collision.
A Charter Bus Lines coach is also seen parked along the side of the road near the intersection.
When reached by phone Tuesday, the vice president of Charter Bus Lines would only say the company is “working with the local authorities” and would provide more information soon.
Global News has reached out to police, and BC Ambulance for more information.
