Gusts of up to 80 km/h are expected overnight Saturday in Metro Vancouver.
VANCOUVER, B.C.: Saturday, Nov. 26. Today’s weather is expected to be cloudy, with rain, wind, and a high of 9 C, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. The agency has posted a special weather statement for wind, saying gusts of up to 80 km/h are expected Saturday night in Metro Vancouver. The alert says the wind is strong enough to cause some power outages over the region.
Overnight, there’s also more rain, with a low of 2 C. Sunday looks mainly sunny with a slight chance of showers in the afternoon, and a high of 7 C. Then, it’s a mix of sun and cloud to start the week Monday, with a high of 6 C. Overnight Monday there’s a slight chance of snow or rain, with a low of 1 C, followed by possible snow or rain on Tuesday and Wednesday, with a high of 5 C both days. The temperature is expected to drop overnight Wednesday to a low of – 3 C with snow. And then there’s a good chance of snow flurries for the first day of December on Thursday.
