One person has been taken to hospital after a daytime shooting at Toronto'sTrinity Bellwoodspark, police say.
Toronto Police said officers received a report that a man was shot near the park's baseball field just after 11:30 am on Tuesday.

Paramedics in Toronto told Global News that one person was taken to a trauma center in stable condition.

Police said the suspect was seen fleeing the scene on a bicycle.
Police did not immediately provide a description of the suspect.
The police are asking for witnesses. Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact the police.
