Warmington: Cop Peel charged with murder in Brampton shooting

was a double murder that stemmed from an altercation over his participation in Father's Day events. Eyewitnesses said the two groups clashed before shooting occurred as people fled as bullets rang out.

His 28-year-old Kenroy Benjamin of Bolton was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, his 40-year-old Sheldon Taylor of Whitby, later died in hospital.

The police could do little. The event was attended by so many people that there was chaos and chaos. But they went to work. They interviewed banquet hall staff, witnesses, and watched security videos of him.

Then there were some clues. Now, six weeks later, Peel police have two of his men in custody and he has been charged with one of the murders.

They charged her 36-year-old Ezekel Vincent of East Gwillimbury with second-degree murder for the murder of Benjamin. They also charged Robert Dallas, 36, of North York with complicity after the murder. Both appeared in court on Thursday.

But the investigation is far from over. Homicide investigator Peale is still working to arrest those responsible for Taylor's murder. He is also very sad because Taylor had his five children without fathers anymore. If anyone knows who was responsible for his murder, the police are calling for help.
