The popularNorth Okanaganbeach is open to the public in time for the long weekend of Canada Day.
On Thursday,Vernon Cityannounced that thewater quality recommendationforKin Beachwas lifted and the beach was reopened.
The beach was closed for 5 days starting Monday, June 25, due to an over-capacity bacterial count.
