Police said on September 21, 2020, the day after Megan was last seen alive on video surveillance at a convenience store in Defenbaker. Drive, an unidentified woman says she called a taxi using Megan's cell phone.
Megan's father, Brian, says he feels the judicial system is broken, but he doesn't stop until he finds Megan's body.
"No one has been charged with murder so far," Gallagher said.
"This is two of the four released and there is still one in total. No answer yet. I haven't contacted Megan. It's devastating.
"I think all four aren't telling the truth and are hiding something. I know that."
