Sinfonia de l’Ouest, conducted by Stewart Grant, will present its second concert of the season at 3 p.m. on Dec. 11 at Cedar Park United Church, 204 Lakeview Ave., Pointe-Claire. The concert will feature the premiere performance of Un Quatuor errant, based on the well-known folksong Un Canadien errant, by Pointe-Claire composer and Sinfonia member Leo Purich. The audience will be invited to join the orchestra in singing a selection of traditional Christmas carols. Tickets are available at the door and online at $25 for general admission, $20 for seniors and $15 for students. Children 12 years old and younger are free.
