Winnipeg police have arrested and charged a man who stabbed him on Broadway.
The Central District General Patrol Force responded to reports of a stabbing at his 300-block apartment on Broadway at 1:11 a.m. Monday.
Police say officers found a seriously injured man in the suite and provided emergency medical care, including a chest seal and medical bandages. He was taken to hospital in critical condition but later improved to a stable condition.
Firearms were also found nearby and confiscated.

A Age 24 man was arrested after being admitted to another hospital with minor injuries. Police say a knife in his possession was found and confiscated.

Suspect and victim are believed to have known each other.
The suspect has been indicted and detained on multiple charges.
