A woman using a wheelchair on the court was hit by a car early Friday morning in Sûreté du Quebec is investigating. Dorval de-Liesse Expressway.
A spokeswoman for SQ said a woman, believed to be in her 20s, was taken to hospital and she was reported to be in critical condition. The vehicle's driver had to undergo treatment for shock.
The incident occurred at 4:15 am on Friday near where the road, also known as Highway 520, begins in Dorval.
As of 7:00 a.m. Friday, the westbound section of the highway is closed to traffic so SQ investigators can investigate the circumstances of the crash.
