Israeli defense chief reveals major shift in regional military balance

At a recent memorial gathering in Jerusalem Yoav Gallant made some strong statements about Israelʼs military success. The defense minister pointed-out how Tehranʼs influence through regional groups has dropped significantly

During his speech at the ceremony‚ Gallant discussed the past years achievements: “The IDF turned things around and got great results in every area we fought in“ His words showed confidence about Israelʼs position against its opponents

The minister talked about two main points; first Hamas doesnt work as a fighting group in Gaza anymore‚ second Hezbollah lost its top leaders and most rockets (which really changed things for Iran). These groups – once Irans main tools in the area – cant do much damage now: this means Tehran has less control over whats happening near Israelʼs borders
