JD Vance Republican vice-presidential hopeful‚ has finally spoken up about the 2020 election. At a campaign event in Williamsport Pennsylvania‚ he said there were “serious problems“ in the last presidential race. Vance didnt say Trump lost to Biden – instead‚ he blamed big tech companies for messing with things online.
Trump keeps saying he didnt really lose four years ago because of cheating. A lot of people who like him believe this too. But nobody has found any proof that this is true. Now Trump is running again and he might say the vote was unfair if he doesnt win on Nov 5th (which is coming up soon)
Trumps refusal to accept he lost last time got him in trouble with the law. Heʼs waiting for trials about this. It also led to that crazy day when people stormed the Capitol building almost four years ago.
Before this Vance (whoʼs new in the Senate) didnt want to talk about whether Trump lost. In a debate with Tim Walz a couple weeks ago‚ he just said he was thinking about “the future“. Walz told him off for not answering.
