Jimmy Carter, at 100, casts early vote in Georgia for 2024 election

Jimmy Carter‚ the former US president who recently turned 100 has cast his early ballot in Georgia for the 2024 election. The Carter Center confirmed this event which took place on 10/16/24. This action fulfills Carters previously expressed desire to live long enough to vote in this years presidential race.

Carter‚ whos been receiving hospice care for about 18 months experienced a decline in health following the loss of his wife Rosalynn last November. However his grandson James Earl “Chip“ Carter III shared some positive news last month: the ex-president was talking more‚ inspired by Vice President Kamala Harris campaign.
