Hantz Marconi who was put on the bench by Republican Governor Christopher Sununu about 7 years ago‚ has been on paid leave since July. Her husband‚ Geno Marconi has also been on leave from his job as director of the New Hampshire Division of Ports and Harbors since April
The indictments claim that Hantz Marconi tried to sway the investigation by telling Governor Sununu that it was based on “personal petty and/or political biases“ and had no merit.
