Freedom Garden City (FGC) estate has launched a COVID-19 special promo to boost affordable housing in the country.
With the new promo according to a statement made available to LEADERSHIP yesterday in Abuja, signed by the marketing director, Webmark Estate Service developers of FGC, Olapeace Ogunfile, it said Nigerians can pay 20 per cent of the actual price of a building and get an allocation, a bag of rice, groundnut oil, and spread the balance for 12 months year.
The statement said that estate management is a thriving business in Nigeria, that is lucrative and that is why Webmark Estate Services is always poised to provide decent and affordable houses for Nigerians.
The statement reads in part: ‘’Freedom estate managers are set to offer you luxurious and spacious government approved plots, where genuine documents are guaranteed at Freedom Garden Estate, Lugbe, close to Idu station and Baze University; Freedom Garden Estate, Gurku, popularly called New Maitama Behind Mpape Hills about 20Mins to Asokoro; Freedom Garden City Estate, Karshi Behind Navy quarters and about 20mins drive Apo hills and Paramilitary Estate Kuje, behind timber shed close to Centenary Mega-city, Custom quarters and Immigration headquarters.’’
It stressed that prices of the plots are affordable, adding that at just N2 million per plot for Lugbe and Kuje, N600,000 for Gurku and N500,000 for Karshi with a 10 per cent discount on outright payment at any of the locations.
The statement said with a 50 per cent deposit it assures movement to site, free setting out, 400 hundred blocks and 10 bags of cement while the balance can be spread over one year.
