Health minister Joe Phaahla is poised to table the Control of Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Bill in parliament, a move aimed at toughening SA’s anti-smoking laws and bringing previously uncontrolled devices such as electronic cigarettes into the regulatory fold.
