The United States Department of Defense has announced plans to reinforce its military presence in the Middle East amid rising tensions between Israel and Hezbollah. According to Sabrina Singh, a Pentagon spokeswoman, the deployment will include several thousand additional troops, along with air defense units and various fighter jet squadrons.
