Russian regions report overnight drone hits on buildings, defense claims success

 • 1976 views

Last night Ukrainian drones hit non-residential buildings in two Russian regions near Moscow. Russian military says they shot down most incoming drones but some got through

In a late-night operation Russian regions faced air-attacks from across the border. Alexander Bogomaz governor of Bryansk region reported several non-residential structures caught fire (emergency teams rushed to handle the situation)

The defense ministry shared some stats: their systems knocked down twenty-three enemy drones with seventeen of those being shot-down over Bryansk region; this shows the scale of last nights attack. Vladislav Shapsha who leads Kaluga region – which sits right next to Moscow area confirmed damage to a non-residential building in his territory

While Kyiv hasnt made any statements about these attacks yet its known that Ukrainian forces typically target spots that help support Russias war machine. The pattern shows Ukraine picks specific targets as pay-back for Moscows continuous strikes on Ukrainian soil: this creates a back-and-forth dynamic in the conflict
