Russian regions face biggest-ever drone incident, airports stop working
Russian defense systems got busy with dozens of flying objects over six regions including capital area. One person got hurt while three air-hubs had to pause their work for safety
In a never-before-seen scale operation‚ Ukrainian forces sent flying-machines towards multiple russian territories on Nov 10th. The defense ministry of Russia stated they found and shot down exactly 70 air-objects (which came from across the border)
The capitals area faced the most intense situation; with thirty-four drones moving towards it - making this the largest-ever such event since the start of russian-ukrainian conflict about 2‚5 years ago. The defense systems worked non-stop in several places: Moscow‚ Bryansk‚ Oryol‚ Kaluga‚ Kursk and Tula regions
One unlucky person got injuries during all this‚ while three air-hubs had to stop their normal work schedule for some time; which caused problems for many travelers. The local authorities didnt share much info about damages to buildings or roads but said that everything is under control now. The air-defense units worked through the night - dealing with incoming threats from different directions at once (using various counter-measures to protect important objects)
